An amendment to a booking that results in fewer nights stayed is also subject to the cancellation policy.

No notice of cancellation for a booking that is not used, i.e the booking is a ‘no show’, will result in a charge equal to the entire accommodation period.

 One (1) – Six (6) Night(s) Accommodation Period

Notice of cancellation must be made one (1) week prior to check in date. If notice of cancellation is less then one (1) week prior to check in date, but more then twenty-four (24) hours prior to six (6) am on the check in date, a charge equal to 20% of the entire accommodation period must be paid.

Notice of cancellation made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to six (6) am on the check in date will result in a charge equal to the entire accommodation period.

One (1) – Four (4) Week(s) Accommodation Period

Notice of cancellation must be made two (2) weeks prior to check in date. If notice of cancellation is less then two (2) weeks prior to check in date, but more then thirty-six (36) hours prior to six (6) am on the check in date, a charge equal to 50% of the entire accommodation period must be paid.

Notice of cancellation made less than thirty-six (36) hours prior to six (6) am on the check in date will result in a charge equal to the entire accommodation period.

Four (4) and Above Weeks Accommodation Period

Notice of cancellation must be made four (4) weeks prior to check in date. If notice of cancellation is less then four (4) weeks prior to check in date, but more then forty-eight (48) hours prior to six (6) am on the check in date, a charge equal to one (1) weeks accommodation period must be paid.

Notice of cancellation made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to six (6) am on the check in date will result in a charge equal to the entire accommodation period.
